Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a patient-focused mindset. This role is crucial in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Operations:

  • Oversee daily front and back office operations
  • Supervise and support clerical and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
  • Maintain patient scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow
  • Monitor Patient Quality Reports

Staff Management:

  • Hire, and train clerical and clinical staff
  • Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with Physicians

Patient Relations:

  • Handle escalated patient concerns professionally
  • Ensure excellent patient experience through smooth operations and responsive service

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of medical office management experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Medent Electronic Medical Records
  • EMR proficiency (e.g. Medent, Epic, Cerner)
