Care Center Lead – Premier Periodontics Kirkland

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: (70,000 - 80,000)

Are you an experienced dental leader looking for an opportunity to grow within a specialty practice? Premier Periodontics is seeking a Care Center Lead to oversee operations at one of our specialty periodontal locations. We are a patient-focused, team-driven organization committed to excellence in periodontal care and customer service. If you have 2-5 years of dental management experience with teams larger than 5 team members and a passion for leadership, marketing, and community involvement , we’d love to meet you!

• Lead & Support: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency, patient satisfaction, and team collaboration.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, treatment coordination, financial goals, and team performance.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Proactively build relationships with referring dental offices and engage in local community outreach.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor KPIs, ensure revenue growth, and manage expenses effectively.
• Multi-Location Support: Work primarily in your home location but be willing to support nearby care centers as needed.

• Experience: 2-5 years in dental office management, with a strong understanding of periodontal specialty care.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
• Marketing & Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about practice growth and patient experience.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working 4-5 days a week with occasional support for other care centers.
