Job Description

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

But as the Office Manager at Phantom Restoration, you’re doing something bigger: you’re the first voice people hear when their home is damaged by water, leaks, or unexpected disasters. You bring clarity, confidence, and organization to chaotic moments — and you get paid well to do it.

This isn’t mindless data entry or sitting quietly behind a desk. This is high-impact, fast-moving work where every call matters, every customer counts, and your ability to stay organized keeps the entire company running smoothly.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Answer inbound calls and be the calm, confident voice customers need
  • Complete job intake accurately and gather essential information
  • Schedule technicians and coordinate job timelines
  • Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members
  • Maintain clean, complete digital job files and required documentation
  • Follow up on invoices, send reminders, and assist with collections
  • Keep the office organized, efficient, and operating like a machine
  • Support management with updates, communication, and problem-solving
