• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef specializing in Mexican cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Mexican ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
• Culinary degree or professional training (preferred but not mandatory).
• Spanish Speaking Required to interact with kitchen properly
