Job Description Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, and count change back to customers Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper processing of merchandise Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts Perform other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For Possesses excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking and responding to unexpected situations Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits Includes associate discount, EAP, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, insurance discounts, scholarship programs, and more.
