Member Service Representative

Location:  in Pensacola, FL

Start Date: November 10, 2025

Training Period: November 10, 2025 – January 5, 2026 (Fully Onsite) will work Hybrid once released to do so

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Shifts fall between
• 1:00 PM and 1:30 AM , Monday–Saturday or Sunday- Friday
• Two schedule options:
  • Sunday off + one rotating weekday off
  • Saturday off + one rotating weekday off
• Must have a 9.5-hour window of availability
• Final schedules are provided two weeks in advance

Job Overview

TEKsystems is partnering with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution to hire Member Service Representatives in Pensacola, FL . This is a fully onsite role during training, with potential to transition to hybrid work after successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume, structured contact center
• Provide detailed information about financial products and services
• Conduct transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more
• Advise members on additional products and services that meet their needs
• Handle 80–100+ calls daily with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of recent customer service experience (call center, retail, admin, or sales)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mentally demanding environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer use and data entry
• Previous remote or hybrid work experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
