A fast-paced and growing restaurant group now hiring Managers and Assistant managers for our fast casual Mexican concepts in Manhattan. We have a lot of opportunities to grow. Qualities we're looking for:
- 2 year minimum experience in a leadership position at a fast casual restaurant.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement in managing profitability of high volume restaurant.
- NYC Department of Health Certified in Food Handling and Protection
- Documented career stability and growth
- Leaders with a sense of pride, urgency and the ability to inspire.
- Open Availability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities include:
- Driving profitability in the store.
- Financial Review
- Controlling and reducing costs in relation to labor, purchasing, inventory and waste.
- Involvement in daily service and rushes.
- Supervising and managing all employees at the store.
- Inventory
- Scheduling
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
- General administrative work
- Catering administrative work
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
