Are you detail-oriented, mechanically savvy, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our Print/Mail Center team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality printed and mailed materials for internal teams and external customers. What You'll Do

• Operate high-speed inserting equipment-from job setup to quality control and inline postage metering.
• Manage production printing and reprographics, including MICR check printing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to keep operations moving.
• Monitor output for quality, rerun jobs when needed, and ensure all SLAs are met.
• Track and reconcile production counts for insertion jobs.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for maximum uptime.
• Open vendor support tickets when necessary.
• Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet daily objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma.
• Experience: 2-4 years in print/mail operations or similar roles.

• Previous experience as a Print/Mail Center Operations Associate preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for basic equipment adjustments.

• Ability to liftlbs, stand throughout the day, and work in a noisy environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business needs require.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
