Late Night Shift Maintenance Crew Member Description:

Chick-fil-A North Prattville is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Late Night Maintenance Crew! This position plays a vital role in ensuring our restaurant remains clean, safe, and sanitary for team member and guests. Working after hours, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and meal assembly area to not only set the team up for success when the doors open for business the following day, but to ensure our guests are welcomed in a clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Washing/Sanitizing of all dishes
• Deep clean kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, ovens, and prep surfaces
• Clean and Sanitize all food prep and dining areas
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors throughout the restaurant
• Take out trash, ensuring trash cans are cleaned and sanitized, dumpster pad well maintained
• Storing/organizing all stock (dry goods, refrigeration, and freezer) as its unloaded from our Distribution Truck each night
• Bulk prep of necessary food items for the next business day
• Follow all food safety and health code standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete tasks on time
• Secure the restaurant at the end of the shift (as applicable)

Job Requirements:

• Must be 19+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be available to work Late Night hours from 8:00pm-1:00am, Monday-Saturday
• Available to work late evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Comfortable working around commercial cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prior janitorial or kitchen cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willing to uphold Chick-fil-A's standards of excellence and cleanliness
