QUALIFICATIONS:
- Land surveying experience (field or office)
- Understanding of boundary, ALTA, and construction staking
- Familiarity with Oklahoma surveying laws and regulations
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Set ups, adjusts and operates the equipment used at surveying job sites.
- Physically prepares area for surveying.
- Measures, records and calculates data based on readings from those instruments.
- Lays out and recover markings, stakes and other such signifiers at work locations.
- Assists in creating drawings and computer images of the locations surveyed.
- Ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the office.
- This position reports directly to the Survey Party Chief.
This is a safety sensitive position.
