Assembler Position

Assemblers are needed to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. Pay starts at $17. Shifts include Boxing from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and Shipping from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

In this role, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to build subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units. You'll use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment during assembly. Responsibilities include fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements, as well as repairing units or products that fail to meet requirements.

Requirements include knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training, the ability to follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines, and basic technical knowledge limited to tasks performed in your own discipline. Tasks are generally routine, manual, and follow detailed rules/instructions. Expected to make simple judgments in straightforward situations by selecting between established solutions. No experience required.
