This is a customer-facing role, and strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You will frequently engage with customers to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and help develop effective and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is not only technically capable but also curious and quick to understand complex business processes. We’re looking for someone who can connect the dots between customer operations and software capabilities, and who is motivated to learn the ins and outs of pharmaceutical manufacturers to help streamline their operations.
