Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Payrate: $25 to $28 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Description

In this role, you will work in a mixed environment, spending 75% of your time in a warehouse setting and 25% in an office. Your responsibilities will include preparing items for shipment, verifying and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing shipments, assisting with inventory management, performing inspections and testing as needed, collecting and inputting quality data, and facilitating customer and vendor RMAs. We are seeking a self-starter with strong administrative skills and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipment and verify records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist in managing inventory and perform incoming inspections and testing.
• Collect, track, and input quality data.
• Facilitate customer and vendor RMAs.
• Use packaging, picking, material handling, packing, RF scanners, and labeling for shipping and receiving.
• Work with ERP systems and demonstrate basic experience in shipping/receiving, order picking, and packing.
• Read and understand shipping manifests and cross-reference for accuracy.
• Safely and efficiently box products.
• Communicate effectively in a small team and interact with company leadership regularly.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of previous inventory and shipping & receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Database and/or inventory management system experience, with Fishbowl desired.
• Ability to lift up to 45lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
