Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and warehouse distribution, with expertise in inventory control and data analysis. This role is essential for ensuring that our inventory levels are maintained efficiently to meet the demands of our business while minimizing costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and maintain records.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data related to inventory turnover, demand planning, and stock levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct root cause analysis for inventory-related issues.
• Prepare reports on inventory performance metrics for upper management review.

Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control (3 years minimum).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining, financial analysis, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, category management, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of materials handling practices and logistics operations.
