About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and contribute to our overall success for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies. As our Human Resources Director, you will also play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws. 

\ * This is an on-site position and will require reporting to our headquarters location in Santa Clara, CA.*

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• In this role you will take on the responsibility of leading and managing a team of HR professionals, providing direction and support to ensure the team’s success 
• Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention 
• Implement and maintain effective communication channels to foster a positive workplace culture 
• Oversee employee relations, and handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism 
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain the top talent 
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure retention 
• Manage performance evaluation processes
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance and improvement and career development 
• Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs 
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures 
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws 
• Evaluate, implement and optimize HR technology solutions 
• Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior leadership role

• In-depth knowledge or HR principles, practices, and regulations 

• Excellent problem solving skills and decision making abilities 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to communicate with leadership 

• Strategic thinker 

• Able to effectively lead a team of HR professionals

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s degree or certification is a plus 
• 10-15 years of HR related experience
