Now Hiring: Experienced Forklift Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Elizabethtown, PA
Pay: $20–$23/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Allegiance Staffing is seeking reliable and skilled Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced food production warehouse in Elizabethtown. If you have strong stand-up reach truck experience and enjoy a role that keeps you moving, this is a great long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate stand-up reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment
Load and unload trailers efficiently
Move, store, and put away raw materials and finished goods
Build and wrap pallets up to 6 ft. high
Pick products with high accuracy using warehouse systems
Support production needs and maintain clean work areas
Handle pallets, skids, and protective packaging materials
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years stand-up/high-reach forklift experience
Minimum 1 year warehouse and order-picking experience
Comfortable working in cold storage environments (sub-zero to 32°ree;F)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Basic math and reading skills
Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
