The Health Information Management (HIM) Communication Specialist is the first point of contact for patients, families, and external partners calling the medical office. This role is responsible for managing high-volume incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-focused approach. In addition to call management, this position provides administrative support to the Health Information Management (HIM) department, ensuring timely and compliant handling of medical records, requests, and documentation.
