Role Overview
We are looking for a UI / Visual Designer with strong experience in Canva , Nano Banana Pro , and AI-powered design tools to support marketing, product, and internal design needs.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fast , maintain brand consistency, and leverage AI tools to produce high-quality visuals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Design clean, modern UI assets for web, landing pages, and internal tools
• Create marketing graphics for ads, social media, email, and presentations
• Use Canva to build scalable templates and brand assets
• Leverage Nano Banana Pro and AI tools for rapid design iteration
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver visuals quickly
• Maintain consistency with TSA's brand guidelines
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with Canva (templates, brand kits, workflows)
• Hands-on experience with Nano Banana Pro
• Familiarity with AI tools for graphic and UI design
• Strong visual design sense (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Ability to deliver clean designs quickly
Preferred Experience
• Experience designing for education, youth, or sports brands
• Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices
• Experience designing for ads, landing pages, or conversion-focused assets
• Ability to manage multiple design requests efficiently
