Transdev in Grand Rapids, MI via GO!BUS is hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker Employee is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Starting payrate $16.63 / hour
\n \n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n \n\n

\n
• Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exterior
\n \n
• Driving, maneuvering, and parking vehicles
\n \n
• Fueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluids
\n \n
• Downloading drive cameras & probes fare boxes
\n \n
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
\n \n
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor
\n \n
• Other duties as required.
\n \n\n

Qualifications:

\n \n\n

\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent
\n \n
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years
\n \n
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason. 
\n \n\n

Physical Requirements:

\n \n\n

\n
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
\n \n
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
\n \n
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
\n \n\n
