About the Role

Triton Claim Management is seeking an experienced Fast Track Property Damage/Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, youll handle insurance claims from start to finish investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims efficiently and fairly. Youll communicate with insureds, claimants, brokers, and carriers to ensure each claim is managed with accuracy, professionalism, and care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Investigate and process property damage and bodily injury claims.
• Interview claimants and witnesses to gather key information.
• Handle third-party liability and personal injury claims.
• Review and interpret insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
• Establish and maintain appropriate reserves on assigned claims.
• Evaluate damages and determine fair compensation.
• Manage independent adjusters and appraisers as needed.
• Negotiate settlements or work with attorneys to defend the insurers position.
• Maintain ongoing communication with insureds, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of claims-handling experience, including investigation, negotiation, and evaluation.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active state adjusters license (and non-resident licenses where required).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Work Environment

• Hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA or West Palm Beach, FL
