As an Insurance Sales Agent, youll be responsible for selling and advising clients on a variety of insurance policies. You will identify customer needs, educate them on available options, and provide expert guidance to help them choose the best coverage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and more
• Provide professional advice and tailored insurance solutions based on client needs
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Stay informed on the latest insurance products, market trends, and industry conditions
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
• Manage daily tasks efficiently and stay organized to ensure timely follow-ups and client service

• Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) license assistance available
• Previous sales experience (insurance sales is a plus but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
