Job Details

• Work on trade secret and employee mobility litigation.
• Handle PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
• Manage high-profile single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.
• Address founder disputes and pre-litigation matters.
• Respond to agency charges.

Requirements

• Law school class years 2020-2023.
• Strong work ethic and broad experience with employment litigation and counseling.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
• Resume/CV, Cover Letter, Transcripts, Writing Sample required for consideration
