Responsibilities:

· Receive and process daily e-commerce inventory orders

· Manage inventory and invoicing on all e-commerce inventory orders

· Prepare all necessary documents, labels and paperwork for distribution

· Complete e-commerce inventory reports

· Communicate and coordinate with internal teams as well as vendors to fulfill e-commerce inventory orders

· Complete physical counts of inventory daily

· Complete weekly cycle counts of inventory and update internal documentation as well as customer portals

 

Requirements:

· Experience in the print and graphics industry or promotional marketing business a plus.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high pressure environment

· Flexible and adaptable to short deadlines and able to prioritize quickly

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel

· Great communication skills--verbal and written

· Ability to establish and build business relationships with internal and external contacts

· High energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

· Forklift Certification is a plus, or ability to be certified on site.

Salary Range $19 to $22 per hour

Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
