General Job Description:

• A Director of Esports is a 12-month employee.
• The Director will report directly to the school Athletic Director.
• In collaboration and consultation with the School Head and the School President, the Director will establish an ESport Center focusing on esports and computer-related academic and athletic work, i.e. create curriculum and teams.

Major Duties and Responsibilities for Director of Esports & Computer Center:
1) Leader of the Esports & Computer Center. Make major decisions with the School Head
2) Managing esports Center and esports team
3) Locate and reach out to sponsors for the program
4) Work with the students to create a collaborative and positive team environment
5) Counsel the student-athletes on academic, athletic and social issues
Major Duties and Responsibilities for Esports Head Coach:
1) Head coach and supervising coaches and layers of the ESports Team
2) Schedule and coach matches and tournaments
3) Recruit players to the team meeting the goal of recruitment numbers as set by the Head of the Schools
4) Transport students to and from competitions
5) Market the team to colleges and universities to held assist students in getting
6) scholarship to further their educational goals.
7) Meet regularly with the team to establish trust and a mentorship relationship
8) Work closely with the players, to motivate them, identify their strengths and weaknesses and make
sure they are playing at their best
