Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous HR Specialist to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with credentialing processes and maintaining accurate records for healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
• Oversee credentialing processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain and update credentialing databases, including CAQH profiles and other platforms.
• Review and verify documentation, licenses, and certifications for accuracy and validity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address credentialing-related inquiries.
• Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain detailed records to support compliance efforts.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems, and EHR platforms for efficient documentation management.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines in all credentialing activities.
• Monitor deadlines for renewals and proactively follow up with healthcare professionals.
• Stay informed about industry standards and best practices to enhance credentialing processes.
• Proven experience in credentialing within the healthcare industry....interpersonal and organizational abilities.
