Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: For this position - 10 years' experience is required. • Diagnosing, repairing, service, and preventative maintenance on various types of commercial boilers & chillers, HVAC Experience with controls, DDC, & Pneumatics is a plus • Operation of a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on HVAC equipment - including analyzer for boilers. Steam Boiler and piping background suggested • Document service performed as well as recommendations made by completing forms, reports, logs, and/or records. • Observes safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
