Seeking a highly enthusiastic/motivated and organized individual. Looking for a candidate that might be interested in owning a franchise in the future. This position will involve learning how to run a Quick Service Restaurant on the east side of Orlando Florida located a half mile from the University of Central Florida. Performance-based revenue share opportunities will be available in addition to base salary. Responsibilities will involve the following key areas:

• Ensuring that the store meets Company standards in sales, staffing, product quality

• Organizing daily operations and motivating our staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Must have a flexible schedule in order to fill in for absent employees or emergencies that arise at the store

• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and leading team members
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay in control during high-stress situations.

• Must have good skills in Conflict Resolution

• Understanding of managing inventory and maintaining par levels.

• Capable of learning how to make Ice Cream Creations, Decorate Cakes and specialty products.

• Must be strong with technology, especially understanding how a Point of Sales System operates.

• Great organizational and communication skills. Candidates must be confident to speak to corporate and regional entities.

• Capable of rolling out Marketing campaigns for products and events for the store

• Understanding how 3rd party delivery companies operate (i.e. Uber Eats, Door Dash and Postmates) is a plus.

The Skills we are looking for in a manager are the following:

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to manage store operations effectively and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

This is a 40 hours/week position. 2+ years worth of restaurant manager experience is required. You will need to have the availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and possible holidays. Wage based on experience

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
