The Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

• Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

Lane Details:

• Deliver to the 48 lower states
• Mentors and their trainees handle no-touch freight, which primarily consists of refrigerated goods along with some dry freight
• Home Time: 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days off
• Mileage Pay split
• Mentor and Network Bonuses
• Safety Bonus Incentives
• Top-of-the-line, sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions, pulling 53-ft dry van trailers.

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 Years of age or older
• 6+ months of current CDL-A driving experience
• Additional voluntary benefits
