About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Gas Station Cashier to join our team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Operate the cash register accurately and handle all transactions (cash, card, mobile payments)
Monitor and restock shelves, coolers, and supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the store, counters, restrooms, and forecourt area
Follow safety and security protocols for fuel handling and cash management
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or unusual activity to management
Support team members and ensure smooth store operations during your shift
Qualifications
Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and basic math skills
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must be 18 years or older
