Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through discovery conversations. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for National Accounts Managers to advance the sales process. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts and lead interactions in CRM software. Collaboration: Work closely with the National Accounts team to ensure seamless transition and preparation for sales meetings. Market Awareness: Research industry trends, supply chain challenges, and procurement cycles to tailor outreach messaging effectively. KPI Driven: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs, including call volume, meetings scheduled, and engagement rates. Qualifications 2 - 5 years of business development or outside sales experience (preferably in SaaS, logistics, transportation, or B2B services). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers. Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment and handle rejection professionally. A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to succeed and advance in a career in logistics and supply chain sales.
