Job Description

Business Analyst (must have P&C insurance industry experience)

Contract-to-Hire

Remote with quarterly travel (must be located in EST or CST time zone)

Are you a detail-driven Business Analyst with strong finance project expertise and a passion for problem-solving? Our client, one the nation’s fastest growing P&C insurance organizations, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while building toward a long-term career.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to step into a visible role where you’ll collaborate with Finance, Technology, Compliance, and Actuarial teams to deliver meaningful solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with an initial focus on Finance projects and the opportunity to broaden your scope post-conversion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Finance leaders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Support testing, compliance deliverables, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate across Technology, Compliance, and Actuarial teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by bringing clarity, organization, and actionable insights.
  • Expand your role into enterprise-wide initiatives after conversion to permanent hire.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience (requirements gathering, documentation, testing support).
  • Finance/Accounting background, with direct experience supporting Finance stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate complex, sometimes skeptical, stakeholders.
  • Flexibility working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Insurance industry knowledge (P&C and regulatory reporting experience preferred).

The Details:

  • Contract-to-Hire: Initial 3–6 months
  • Location: Remote, with quarterly travel to Florida.
  • Compensation: Base + yearly bonus

Why Join?

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and growing into larger responsibilities. You’ll gain visibility across multiple teams and contribute directly to modernization and compliance initiatives.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your career with a top-tier organization, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and bring your expertise to a team that values collaboration, trust, and results.
