Bookkeeper Position

What You'll Do:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
• Maintain general ledger entries and assist with month-end closings.
• Process payroll and related reporting as needed.
• Track and manage sales tax, B&O, and other filings.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Support the accounting team with audits, budgeting, and project tracking.
• Maintain organized digital and paper records for all financial transactions.

Requirements What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) required.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with other office software.
• Degree or coursework in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
