Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.)
Schedule: Flexible | 10–15 hours per week
Compensation: [Hourly Rate Based on Experience]
Reports To: Director

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage financial records for two small, service-oriented businesses . You’ll play a key role in keeping us organized and financially on track, while enjoying the freedom of working remotely with a flexible schedule and a fun, supportive team .

This position is perfect for a QuickBooks-savvy professional who enjoys variety, independence, and collaborating with people who appreciate clear communication and good humor.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for both businesses using QuickBooks Online
• Manage accounts payable and receivable , reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare monthly financial reports and track budget performance
• Coordinate with CPA for quarterly filings and end-of-year reports
• Organize and categorize expenses, upload receipts, and keep records audit-ready
• Communicate clearly with owners on questions, irregularities, or cash flow notes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience , including QuickBooks Online
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working with small business owners directly
• Internet access and personal computer
