Job Title: Hybrid Customer Service Professional (Bilingual French - Quebec)
\n Summary:
\nInteract with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handle and resolve complaints, approve resolutions, and refer unresolved grievances. This hybrid (non-call center) role requires 3 days per week in-office, and candidates must be professionally fluent in reading and writing Quebec French.

\n Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite), flexible hours (7am-4pm, 6:30am-3:30pm, or 9am-6pm)
\n Compensation: $25/hr
