WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to support our chiropractic clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the chiropractor with patient care, and performing administrative tasks in the clinic. A minimum of one year of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is required, and experience in massage therapy is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the chiropractor with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment, taking patient vitals, and performing therapeutic exercises
• Communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction during treatments
• Provide support to the chiropractor in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on chiropractic techniques and procedures
• Assist with marketing and outreach activities to promote the clinic's services

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, with a strong understanding of chiropractic procedures and techniques
• Experience in massage therapy is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong work ethic and dedication to providing high-quality patient care
