What You'll Do as a Service Advisor:

• Greet and assist customers in the service drive with professionalism and courtesy.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Clearly communicate service recommendations based on technician findings and multipoint inspections.
• Maintain proactive contact with customers regarding vehicle status, estimates, and approvals.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure ROs are accurately written and closed in a timely manner.
• Partner with technicians, parts department, and management to provide smooth workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Contribute to high CSI/CX scores through personalized service and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to company policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (CDJR or high-line brand experience a plus)
• Experience with CDK DMS highly preferred
• Knowledge of general automotive systems and services
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A positive, team-first attitude and customer-focused mindset; Customer First Culture
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
