We are seeking an automotive sales and finance manager who will be communicating directly with clients, handling finance documents, and/or supervising staff to join our team at NEXCAR.

In this role, you will lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position is crucial for driving our mission to make car buying exceptional for our community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Bilingual preferred; you will be working with English and Spanish speaking clients, employees, and vendors - so Spanish is a major plus.
• Have the ability to work conventional finance and bhph deals.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
• Familiarity with financial software and credit analysis is a plus.
• Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
