We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will assist the Property Manager in the daily operations encompassing rentals, customer relations, sales and property maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to identify storage needs and provide rental unit solutions.
• Utilize software for creating customer contracts, transfers and move-outs.
• Daily collections and payment processing.
• Facilitate customer correspondence to actively pursue payment on delinquent accounts.
• Manage daily telephone and walk-in rental inquiries.
• Assist Property Manager with maintaining accurate unit and merchandise inventory and associated records.
• Assist Property Manager with conducting a monthly auction.
• Assist with facility/property maintenance to ensure high levels of cleanliness are maintained.
• Strive to meet team monthly sales objectives of rentals, insurance and merchandise.
• Any additional ad hoc duties requested by Property Manager/Regional Manager or Owners

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management, retail or other related fields.
• Ability to work 3-4 days a week, inclusive of weekends.
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
