Your Role
As a Manager or Assistant Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our daily operationsleading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Support scheduling and labor management to meet business needs

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of leadership experience in food service or retail (fast casual preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
• A hands-on leader who inspires teamwork and positivity
