KPMG International is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for its Global Office of General Counsel.
Responsibilities include providing legal support on complex technology procurement matters, advising on AI-enabled technology agreements, leading alliance initiatives with technology providers, negotiating cross-border services agreements, managing day-to-day activities of the commercial technology procurement practice, engaging in people management, and upholding KPMGs respectful work environment.
Qualifications: minimum eight years of recent experience advising on IP, technology, and data law; JD; admitted to New York Bar; strong understanding of AI models; advanced drafting and negotiation skills; knowledge of IP, technology, data law across jurisdictions; authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship.
