We are conducting a search for an Assistant General Counsel for a speciality real estate company with strong brand name recognition, over $2B in revenue and approximately $10B in assets. Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school and 8+ years of law firm and/or in-house REIT experience. Must have excellent drafting and problem solving skills.

Base in the upper $200Ks plus excellent bonus and equity, 4 days in office.
