Assistant Coffee Shop Manager – Vento Coffee (Broomfield, CO)
Pay: $16–$18/hour + average $7.50/hour in tips (Total average $23–$25/hour)

We’re seeking a motivated and service-minded Assistant Coffee Shop Manager to help lead our Broomfield location. This role supports daily operations while inspiring and developing a talented team of baristas. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow into a future leadership role within Vento.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the floor—serving, training, and creating an uplifting environment.
• Support the Store Manager with scheduling, operations, and team development.
• Maintain top-tier beverage quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage inventory and communicate needs proactively.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and with genuine care.
• Help introduce new seasonal recipes, products, and experiences that surprise and delight guests.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of barista experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for specialty coffee, hospitality, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, energy, and a drive to deliver consistent, quality-focused service.
• Weekend and early morning availability required.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Broomfield/Superior, CO.
