As the Agents Assistant- Human Resources Lead you will assist the Agent with administrative duties concerning Human Resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide prompt and accurate accounting of the office payroll. Assist the agent in closing payroll accounts at the end of each pay period. Provide audit function of all payroll related expenses.
- Coordinating with staff concerning time-off, planned vacations and schedule related functions. Keeping accurate records of all staff work schedules.
- Assisting Agents with other office functions as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS: - BILINGUAL SPANISH
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with accounting a plus
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
