**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with team members to evaluate the success of activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and collect feedback to continuously enhance program offerings.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces, ensuring all equipment and supplies are stored properly.
- Support special events and seasonal activities, bringing creativity and energy to each initiative.

**Qualifications:**

- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in recreation, gerontology, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with community programs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse age groups.
- Creative, energetic, and adaptable, with a passion for making a positive impact on others' lives.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
