Responsibilities:

• Supervise cash application procedures to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and implement effective collection strategies.
• Manage billing functions to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial workflows and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve overall accounts receivable processes.
• Generate detailed reports for senior management, providing insight into accounts receivable performance.
• Implement best practices to optimize financial operations and maintain compliance with regulations.• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or supervision.
• Expertise in cash applications and aging report analysis.
• Familiarity with billing processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
