Our client a stable consumer product company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager. This role offers an opportunity to work for a very stable company with a strong benefits package. The responsibilities include: 

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable and collections departments. 
• Provide guidelines and support to staff members to ensure rapid collection of customer invoices. 
• Work closely with senior management in providing reporting involving outstanding receivables as well as current cash flow. 
• Conduct regular analysis of accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and develop strategies for collection.
• Collaborate with all team members in creating efficiencies within the collections process. 
• Review accounts for accuracy and ensure team members are adhering to proper standards. 
• Engage in addressing more complicated issue and work closely with customers and sales staff to resolve payment issues. 
• Train staff on best practices in financial concepts, negotiation techniques, and data entry accuracy.

Pay:$75,000.00 - $90,000.00
